Text and graphics can be submitted on printed material(original) or should be submitted as electronic files on 3.5" floppy diskettes, in either Macintosh® or PC TM-compatible format which we prefer. Files that are smaller than 25K may be submitted by e-mail. Artwork for scanning should be submitted by mail. Please submit copies of artwork wherever possible - we cannot accept responsibility for returning originals.

Text files should be in ASCII or text format (most word processors will allow you to save files as "Text Only"). Graphics files should be in any of the following formats: TIFF, BMP, GIF or JPEG.

Hard copies of both text and graphics files should be submitted by mail or fax if you need the material organised to your own layout specifications. These specifications should be clearly marked.

Quotes will be supplied, by e-mail, fax or regular mail, for all custom services after your request has been received.
